YJK16 Model portable Crimper is a manual hose crimping machine which is simply designed and convenient for operating and carrying. It takes manual pump of extra high pressure as power source. 

The crimp force of SHOTON YJK-16 portable hand operated hydraulic hose crimper is 955KN, with a crimp range of 3~39mm and 6 sets of standard dies. SHOTON YJK-16 crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, hydraulic hoses and automobile brake cables etc.

YJK16 portable crimper suitable for the outdoor work and production without electric power. This type manual crimping machine is mainly used for crimping processing for high pressure hydraulic hose assembly in the mechanical engineering. It can also be used for crimping steel pipes, irregular shape pipes etc.

1) Hand operated hydraulic hose crimper

*The hand operated hydraulic hose crimper has great advantages for mobile mechanical maintenance and outdoor situations with no power supply.

*The crimper is small in size and weight, portable ans very easy to move.

*There is no need for power supply and thus few environmental constraints.

*The customized hand operated hydraulic pump provides stable crimp force.

2) Material

The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is high pressure resistant with great impact absorbing capacity and improves the durability of the oil tank and piston rod.

3) Hydraulic conduction system

With the steel pipe connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight with little heat and stable pressure conduction.

4) Die connection

Our crimping dies are connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat.


The oil pump is immersed in hydraulic oil inside the oil tank for cooling and silence. The oil pump is driven using an electric motor and the hydraulic oil is pumped out, pushing the plunger in the oil tank. As a result, the die set compresses in a radial direction and crimps the hose connector. When the compression amount reaches the predetermined value, the compression will automatically stop. Then the magnetic reversing valve switches the direction and the plunger moves backwards. As a result, the die set expands and the hose crimping process is finished.
