Hose Assembly Description

The high pressure hose assembly is generally composed of liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, medium rubber layer, I to VI steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and synthetic rubber outer rubber layer with excellent weather resistance.
Mainly used for mine hydraulic support and oil field exploitation.
It is suitable for transporting petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), gas and liquid transmission in engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, all kinds of machine tools, as well as mechanized and automatic hydraulic systems of various industrial departments, such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc.

Operation

High pressure hose assembly is mainly used in mine hydraulic support and oil field exploitation.
It is suitable for transporting petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water) and liquid transmission in engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and mechanized and automatic hydraulic systems of various industrial sectors.
The highest working pressure can be up to 70-100MPa.
